TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PRECISION DYNAMICS

These Terms and Conditions govern all services rendered by Precision Dynamics. By accepting a quotation, booking a service, or leaving a vehicle in our care, the client agrees to the terms below.

1. QUOTATIONS

1.1 All quotations are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
1.2 Quotations are based on visible inspection; additional faults discovered during repair may result in revised pricing.
1.3 No work will proceed without client approval of the quotation.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

2.1 A minimum 75% deposit is required before commencement of major repairs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.2 Full payment is required before vehicle release.
2.3 Vehicles will not be released until all outstanding balances are settled in full.
2.4 EFT payments must reflect in our account before vehicle collection.

3. STORAGE FEES

3.1 Vehicles not collected within 14 days after completion will incur storage fees of R450 per day.
3.2 Vehicles left uncollected for more than 90 days may be sold to defray repair, storage, and administrative costs, subject to legal process.

4. VEHICLES LEFT AT OWNER’S RISK

4.1 All vehicles are parked and stored at the owner’s risk.
4.2 Precision Dynamics is not liable for loss, fire, theft, natural disasters, or acts beyond reasonable control.
4.3 Clients are advised to maintain comprehensive insurance coverage.

5. REPAIRS & WORKMANSHIP

5.1 Repairs are conducted according to industry standards.
5.2 No warranty applies to parts supplied by clients.
5.3 Warranty (if applicable) applies only to specified components and excludes misuse, negligence, or third-party interference.
5.4 Diagnostic fees are non-refundable.

6. ROAD RESCUE & TOWING

6.1 Emergency services are subject to availability and location.
6.2 Towing charges are calculated based on distance and vehicle type.
6.3 Vehicles transported are secured professionally; however, pre-existing damage must be disclosed.

7. BATTERY REPLACEMENT

7.1 Batteries supplied carry manufacturer warranty only.
7.2 Warranty excludes electrical faults unrelated to the battery itself.

8. PANEL BEATING & SPRAY PAINTING

8.1 Colour matching is performed using professional standards; minor shade variations may occur due to age or sun exposure.
8.2 Completion timelines may vary based on parts availability and repair complexity.

9. VEHICLE PURCHASES (DAMAGED / ENGINE FAILURE / ACCIDENT)

9.1 All vehicles purchased are subject to verification of ownership and identification documents.
9.2 Financed vehicles require official settlement letters.
9.3 Payments are processed once documentation is verified.

10. FLEET MAINTENANCE

10.1 Fleet service agreements must be documented in writing.
10.2 Preventative maintenance schedules are recommended but not mandatory unless contractually agreed.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

11.1 Precision Dynamics shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or financial losses.
11.2 Liability is limited to the value of services rendered.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
